I'm not chasing a perfect frame, I'm chasing the real one. The messy hair, the mid-laugh, wiping away tears, the way you actually hold your kids when no one's telling you to smile.

These sessions happen wherever feels most like you. At home, in your backyard, out in nature. There's no single "right" setting, just whatever place lets you actually exhale.

I'd invite you to let go of whatever a "photoshoot" has meant to you before. This isn't that.

This is art. This is connection. We work together- this is a collaboration, not me directing you through a list of poses.

Because of that, the people drawn to this kind of work tend to already value art, and are often artists themselves. They're ready to let their guard down, and they want to feel connected to themselves when they look back at these images. Not just recognize their face, but recognize a bigger story. Maybe even one they haven't fully reached yet.

This is about trust, and leaning into whatever discomfort comes up, instead of performing around it. Nudity and breastfeeding are common within this kind of work, and a lot of the imagery that moves people most comes from these unguarded moments. Neither is ever mandatory, but there's something about that level of trust and vulnerability that gives people a real, embodied connection to themselves and their life.

These become heirloom pieces. Art you keep. Not because you looked a certain way, but because you let yourself be seen.

✦ Who Are These Sessions For?

This tends to be the sweet spot for younger families- newborns through kids four and under, when the days feel the longest and the years feel the shortest.

But it works beautifully for older kids and siblings too- it just takes a slightly different shape. If your kids are past the baby-and-toddler years, reach out anyway. We'll build the session around wherever you actually are.
