The Art of Being Seen
Let’s create magic together…
This is about more than just nice pictures.
This is about you, your story, and the moments that matter.
Together, we’ll create images that feel alive, honest, and unmistakably yours.
Whether it’s family, self-expression, or your brand, every session is guided with care and attention to capture your story in a way that feels meaningful and timeless.
Soul Sessions
at home, in studio, or out in nature
These sessions are an invitation to slow down and be fully present We start gently, with simple things , chatting, noticing, and moving at an easy pace. Most people don’t even realize when the session has actually begun. Together, we explore, pause, and let moments naturally unfold. Nudity can be part of this process, but it’s never expected. We’ll talk openly beforehand so you feel grounded and clear in your choice. Intuition guides us. Sometimes we refer back to the vision board we created during pre-planning, but ultimately the session flows naturally. I also provide location scouting and a style guide during our pre-planning session to help you feel confident and supported. Ultimately, I am here as a gentle guide and witness. Holding space, offering direction when needed, and capturing you in your truth. These portraits aren’t about performance or perfection, they’re about how you feel, the emotions that surface, and who you are becoming. Grief, joy, laughter, love -all are welcome. The images become a way to reconnect with yourself, honour your nature, and mark this season of life.
This session is not for…
Anyone wanting posed, polished images or a quick, formulaic shoot. It is for those willing to slow down, be present, and create images that reflect their true essence — the quiet, unseen, and often overlooked parts of who they are.
Motherhood & Caregivers
at home, in your favourite spaces or out in nature
These sessions are about slowing down and noticing the quiet, unseen moments of care. We can create them wherever feels most natural and comfortable for you — in the warmth of your home, a bath, your backyard, or out in nature. We pause, breathe, and witness the small gestures that often go unnoticed. We can talk about a vision for your session beforehand, but once we begin, we follow intuition and presence. The focus is not on posed perfection but on the tender, real connections that make up your everyday life. I am there with you as a gentle guide and witness. To hold space, notice what you might not, and capture it with care. These portraits are more than images, they are a quiet record of love, devotion, and the beauty of being fully present with those you care for.
Anyone looking for posed, staged, or perfectly “picture-perfect” family images. It is not about performance or perfection. It is for those willing to slow down, be present, and honour the tender, real moments that often go unseen.

Couples
at home, in studio, out in nature
These sessions can take many forms. We can document a first date, recreate scenes from your favourite movies, or capture a slice of your everyday life together — whatever best reflects your relationship. How many professional photographs do you and your partner have? How many photos of the two of you are actually hanging on the walls of your home? Let’s change that. This is about creating images you’ll return to and say, that was us. Photographs that reflect who you were together in this season — honest, meaningful, and personal. Images that live in your home, grow in value over time, and eventually become keepsakes you can pass down, allowing future generations to piece together your story of love.
These sessions are not for couples looking for heavily posed, traditional portraits or a quick, surface-level shoot. They’re not about matching outfits, forced smiles, or recreating something that doesn’t feel like you. These sessions are also not meant to include additional family members. If more than two partners would like to be photographed, or if children or extended family are involved, a family session is the better fit. If you’re drawn to images that feel honest, personal, and reflective of your relationship as it truly is, these sessions may be for you.

Brand Sessions
in studio, at home, your favourite spot, in nature
These sessions are for creatives, makers, and small business owners who want images that feel authentic, intentional, and artful. We slow down and explore the visual world of your work — products, tools, spaces, or the feelings you want your brand to convey. Sessions can take place in your studio, home, outdoors, or anywhere that reflects your vision.
Beforehand, we prepare by discussing your goals, inspiration, and brand story. We create a shot list, plan locations, and choose the key images so every photo aligns with your vision. Art and intuition guide the process, but each frame is intentional.Calling in artists, writers, poets, photographers, and those in the wellness space — makers of candles, soaps, oils, yoga or wellness practitioners, massage therapists — this session is for you.
Those seeking posed, cookie-cutter images or a quick standard shoot. It is for those willing to slow down, reflect, and engage deeply with the essence of their work. Together we’ll create images that are thoughtful, artful, and aligned with your brand — a visual record of the presence you bring into the world.

For those who feel called to work with me but need a more accessible option, I also offer limited Pay What You Can sessions throughout the year. These are designed as a way to connect more deeply with the community and make this work available to a wider range of people. They do require a signed model release form, as the images from these sessions are an important part of how I continue to share and evolve my work.

For Pay-What-You-Can sessions, a signed model release is required, which clarifies how images may be used. Ultimately, your images are created for you first, and sharing them is only ever considered with your comfort in mind.
My Approach
-
My photography is intuitive, honest, and artful. I focus on capturing the small gestures, emotions, and moments that often go unseen. Each image is edited with care and intention - your images will not be put into an AI program for editing. I am inspired by nature, Renaissance paintings, and my own life with my children.

Yes, I create a safe and calm space where you can feel present and seen. I offer gentle guidance when needed, but I also allow the session to unfold naturally so that the images feel honest and true to you.
-
Being nude can be part of the experience, but it is never required. It doesn’t have to be the focus, and at any point you can choose what feels comfortable. We will talk through what feels right for you before your session.
-
Not at all. My sessions are for anyone who wants to connect with themselves, their loved ones, or their creative work. The motherhood/caregiver sessions welcome any primary caregiver, children, and pets. The creative branding sessions are open to makers, artists, photographers, and wellness practitioners.
Process & Deliverables
-
Preparation depends on the session type. For personal and nature sessions, we might discuss your intentions, vision, or feelings you want to explore. For branding sessions, we’ll create a shot list and plan locations so that every image supports your vision. I’ll guide you on clothing, props, and other details to help the session flow naturally.
-
Galleries are usually delivered within 3-6 weeks. Each image is carefully edited and prepared so that it reflects the care and attention of the session.
-
Absolutely. You’ll receive high-resolution digital files suitable for printing, social media, or web use. Some photo collections include prints/ albums but prints and products can also be ordered separately.
-
That is completely normal. Many of my clients feel strong emotions during or after a session. You are invited to feel whatever comes — grief, laughter, release, or love — and to allow yourself the space to process it. The session is a safe place for presence and reflection.
